Jeff Goldblum will soon launch his debut album. That made Decca Wednesday known. The record label discovered the musical qualities of the actor when this jazz – and soulzanger Gregory Porter on the piano accompanied during the Graham Norton Show last October.
Goldblum, known worldwide for his roles in films like The Fly, Jurassic Park and Independence Day, has been playing the piano since his childhood. He performs regularly with his band The Mildred Snitzer Orchestra at clubs in Los Angeles and New York.
“We are happy for Jeff to be able to welcome at Decca said labelboss Tom Lewis. “He is a fantastic jazz pianist, big band leader and just about the nicest man in the world. His love for jazz is infectious and his piano playing gives you a happy feeling.”
Goldblum is from 7 June on the white cloth to see in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
