“Love me like Vanilla…” sings Jill Shaw (23) in her new summer single, available from today on the digital music channels. For the catchy zomervibes of “Vanilla” was the Ghent singer himself at the writing desk, together with producer Wouter Vander Veken, with whom she was also “Summer Sucks” wrote.
Jill stormed the charts in 2012 with her debut single “Summer Sucks”. After that first success, she takes time to continue to study at the Antwerp jazz studio. After writing sessions with various musicians in New York and doing studio work with John Roan, the man behind the succesband Arsenal, brings Jill Shaw, the 5-track EP “Dark Paradise” (2016). The songs sound a lot more mature and be well received. Jill has toured that summer with her band and let the fans get acquainted with her new sound.
