The job of beloftencoach at Club Brugge can be a springboard to the hoofdtrainerschap in the Jupiler Pro League. That has proven to Philippe Clement and Sven Vermant, who last season their job as beloftencoach could exchange for the T1-residence at Waasland-Beveren. Clement made in the meantime, the move to Racing Genk, Vermant, after disappointing results at the Freethiel dismissed.
