The leaders of the neighbouring countries had Saturday such an unexpected encounter in the border area. Moon said on Monday that the “most meaningful” part of that meeting was that “we are complex procedures and protocols, stopped and informally gathered, as if it an everyday meeting.”
The president concluded that the relations between the countries for the benefit of as many such “practical discussions” will be held as necessary. Therefore, it must be decided how other countries are informed of such discussions, said Moon.
