Feyenoord has Denny Landzaat brought in as an assistant of Giovanni van Bronckhorst.
The 42-year-old Landzaat is AZ, where he last season as assistant coach Martin haar in the beloftenelftal of the Alkmaarders.
Landzaat draws in The Cockpit of a contract for two seasons and is the successor to Jan Wouters, who will leave the cup winner. The former midfielder was between 2008 and 2010, two and a half years as a player active at Feyenoord. Landzaat conquered in that period, the KNVB cup with the club, and worked for 38 matches played before the citizens of Rotterdam, in which he five times scored.
“With the advent of Landzaat and the contract renewals of Jean-Paul van Gastel, Khalid Benlahsen, Roy Makaay and Arno Philips is the technical staff for the upcoming season around,” said technical director Martin van Geel.
