BRUSSELS – Prime minister Mark Rutte is with more than half of his Tuesday in Brussels for a political summit meeting with the Belgian federal government. In total 28 ministers at the meeting in the Royal Museums for Fine Arts, and fourteen of the two countries. Belgium is led by prime minister Charles Michel.
Rutte takes his ministers Block, Kaag, Grapperhaus, Bijleveld, Van Nieuwenhuizen, Wiebes, great tit and Van Engelshoven. Also, the secretaries of state Harbers, Van Veldhoven, Keijzer, Van Ark and Quickly of the party. The full who consists of 24 men and women.
The vakministers will with their Belgian counterparts on the so-called Thalassa-consultation bilateral bending on topics such as security, defence, justice, taxation, social security fraud and mobility. The calls are referred to the cooperation in these policy areas to promote.
Then follows a plenary session with the theme “Belgium-the Netherlands and the Brexit.” This is the Brexit-chief negotiator on behalf of the EU, the Frenchman Michel Barnier, invited.
