BALLYCASTLE – About thirty years after the murder of a German backpacker in Northern Ireland two suspects arrested on suspicion of involvement.

The body of the raped Inga Maria Hauser from Munich was in 1988, found in a remote forest area in Northern Ireland. The eighteen-year-old was two weeks before her disappearance alive as seen on a ferry from Scotland. The accused men are 58 and 61 years old.
In april, exactly thirty years after the murder, police had the people again to ask for information about the case. Research has shown that several individuals probably directly involved in the murder or the concealment thereof.
According to the police arrest of the two suspects the case is not finally resolved. Need a few more pieces of the puzzle are laid.
