Anderlecht in the Belgian kampioenspoule behind leader Club Brugge slightly reduced.
The defending champion won at home with 3-1 Charleroi. Thus, the German number two of the draw between Club Brugge and Saturday at Racing Genk (1-1). The difference between the two title contenders is, nevertheless, still five points.
Anderlecht, that the previous two league games lost, came by a goal by Pieter Gerkens just before the rest on edge. Ryota Morioka doubled in the 57th minute the margin, but by a hit of Kaveh Rezaei, it was still very exciting for the hometown audience.
Anderlecht, with reservedoelman Boy de Jong on the bench, however, was quickly at 3-1 thanks to a goal by Leander Dendoncker.
