ROME – Pope Francis in the Vatican three victims receiving abuse within the church in Chile. It went to three men who with others have been abused by the Chilean pastor and teacher of priests Fernando Karadima.
The Vatican did not comment on the content of the discussions of the religious potentate with the victims. Francis wants this weekend “as much time as necessary” to pull off to hear what the three is to happen.
During his trip in January to Chile the pope had sharp criticism harvested from the victims of abuse. Francis defended when the Chilean bishop Juan Barros in 2011 for sexual abuse convicted Karadima supported. He later apologized for his choice of words.
