Bram Castro continues his career after this season at KV Mechelen. The 35-year-old goalkeeper pulls after four years, the door behind him close at Heracles Almelo.
The Belgian has a contract for two seasons, signed with degradant from his homeland. Mechelen drops as number sixteen of the Jupiler Pro League to the Proximus League.
“If you fantastic supporters should come and play, you do it immediately,” says Castro on the club of his new employer, the winner of the Europe Cup II 1988. “The sporting project that the management here on the design, appealed to me immensely.”
Mechelen wants to return as quickly as possible to the highest level and increases by less than the title next season, then also no pleasure, but that is no objection to Castro. “Somewhere that pressure the best of yourself to the top.”
