WASHINGTON – a man who has A prison sentence of 241 years for a robbery that he was sixteen he had committed, has a bone caught in the U.s. supreme court. The court refused, according to American media the cassation procedure.

Prisoner Bobby Bostic is 112 years of age are eligible for early release. He had the court asked the ruling against the light. From case law would have revealed that minor criminals only lifetime can get if they have a murder to have committed.

Bostic robbed in 1995 with a friend, a group of people that were christmas gifts to a needing family brought. Two of the victims were gunshot wounds. Then kidnapped and robbed the duo of a woman. They left her later to go and used the looted money to cannabis to buy.
