The 68-year-old manager of Arsenal holds after this season for the club from London. Wenger was 22 years at the helm. Van Bronckhorst played from 2001 to 2003 at Arsenal.

“He has helped me so much in my career,” said Van Bronckhorst in the run-up to the cup final against AZ. “We did all of yoga. His way of coaching was very good. He was also always open for you.. Those two years have helped me so much in my career.”
Arsenal made Van Bronckhorst in 2003, the move to FC Barcelona. After four good years in Spain played the 43-year-old Dutchman, from 2007 to 2010 was still at Feyenoord.
