Russia puts Belgian diplomat out of the country

Russia appoints one Belgian diplomat. That does Moscow after our country had one Russian diplomat to persona non grata was declared.

It is going to be an employee of the embassy in Moscow. The Belgian will have two weeks to leave Russia. To who it goes to, is at the moment not clear.

Moscow rejects diplomats from countries that previously Russian diplomats had buitengezet as a sanction for the poisoning of ex-spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter in Great Britain.

It was always exactly the same number of people as the number of Russians that those countries, which previously had shown. That Russia is a Belgian diplomat would reveal, was, therefore, in line with expectations.
