Actress Amber Heard (“The Danish Girl”, “Justice League”) will soon be the canvas share with the 18-year-old “Lean on Pete”-film star Charlie Plummer. The two appear in the dystopian science-fiction film “the Gully”, writes The Hollywood Reporter.
“Gully” is the regisseursdebuut of the American-Iranian videoproducent Nabil Elderkin, who has won his spurs with music videos for the song “DNA” of Kendrick Lamar and the hit “All of Me” by John Legend. Heard plays the mother of the protagonist, a traumatized teenager who rioted caused in a dystopian version of the current Los Angeles.
The American actress is currently working on several projects. So, she has recently recordings finished for the romantic thriller “Run Away With Me”. Soon she is also seen in the superheldenfilm “Aguamen” and the thriller “London Fields” by director Matthew Cullins.
A release date for “Gully” is not yet known.
