The keeper has an expiring contract that is not renewed, so is he Wednesday with the leadership of the premiere league club agreed.
The 35-year-old Castro is working on his fourth season at Heracles. The Belgian came in that time so far to 121 official matches.
Heracles also says goodbye to Daryl van Mieghem and Jaroslav Navratil, who is also both an expiring contract. The River club will be going through with midfielder Niels Leemhuis. The option in his contract is exercised. Heracles also hopes to come to an agreement about extending the contract with Peter van Ooijen.
