Bram Castro is serving his last months at Heracles Almelo. The 35-year-old goalkeeper has, in consultation with the clubleiding decided to take his expiring contract, not to renew.
Castro came in the summer of 2014 press conference is over MVV Maastricht and played since then, 121 official matches for Heracles Almelo.
The Belgian seemed last summer still on the way to AA Gent, but that transition ricocheted at the last moment for unclear reasons.
Heracles Almelo takes in addition Castro also says goodbye to Daryl van Mieghem and Jaroslav Navratil, who is also both the end of contract run.
The current number nine of the Premier league will be going with Niels Leemhuis. The option in his contract is exercised. Heracles Almelo also hopes to come to an agreement about extending the contract with Peter van Ooijen.
ADO Den Haag
ADO Den Haag will be hoping his turn, Aaron Meijers and Tom Beugelsdijk inboard to keep. Both defenders have a descending obligation.
