MOSCOW – The death toll by a fire in a shopping mall in the city of Kemerovo in Siberia has risen to 53. That reported local media Sunday on the basis of information from local authorities. At least 16 people are missing. The victims include eleven children, many of them were on a speeldek in the complex. Of the 44 injured, there are ten still in the hospital.
