Russian Artem] has best klimmersbenen in Tour of Langkawi

The Russian Artem] (Terengganu Cycling Team) last Thursday, the fifth stage in the wielerronde van Langkawi (2.BC) to his name. He was afterwards the leader’s jersey to attract in Malaysia.

The 31-year-old], two-time national time-trial champion, won after a drive with € 169.4 km with start in Bentong and summit arrival in Cameron Highlands. The line, had the Rus 28 seconds ahead of the Australian Benjamin Dyball. The Eritreeër Amanuel Gebreigzabhier was 55 seconds third.

In the standings, lost] the Canadian Adam Fox as leader.

Tomorrow awaits the peloton on a flat stage about 108,5 miles between Tapah and Tanjun Malim. The Tour of Langkawi is the 23rd edition, and lasts until Sunday. There are no Belgian riders part. Last year went out of the race to the South African Ryan Gibbons.
