BRUSSELS – The heads of state or government of the EU countries get Thursday at their summit in Brussels a white ribbon pinned to the memory of the victims of the attacks in Brussels and London respectively two and one year ago.

In Brussels came on march 22, 2016 32 people in two attacks in the subway and at the airport. Exactly one year later, on Westminster Bridge in the British capital, five people also killed by a terrorist. He put out shortly afterwards, another policeman dead.
