Roberto Martinez left behind two years ago at his appointment as coach of Belgium know after the world cup in Russia to leave, but he sees it now sitting after the summer to continue.
“I would like to keep the Red Devils”, started Martinez on Tuesday on the federal office in Brussels his story for the camera of Sporza. “I see this project as something of the longer-term. But, after these two years, yet what is added depends not only from me.”
In the Belgian media, there are already months and months of speculation about the successor of Martinez. So would former FC Twente coach Michel Preud’homme can’t wait to take over from the Spaniard.

Panama
“The only thing that now counts for us is the world cup. Much depends on what happens there. It has little sense now to talk about how then to proceed.”
Belgium in the group stage of the world cup against Panama, Tunisia and the uk. Martinez sees plenty of opportunities, but also watches for underestimation.
“We should certainly not against Panama. I am impressed by the way in which that country has placed. Tunisia plays football that is pleasant to view. England is a very beautiful opponent. There is a young generation ready, under the guidance of a coach who is already very nice work has done.”
Belgium starts on 18 June at the global title with the encounter against Panama in Sochi. Then follow the confrontations against Tunisia (23 June in Moscow) and England (28 June in Kaliningrad).
