Real Sociedad has coach Eusebio Sacristan dismissed. The 53-year-old Spaniard to leave because of the disappointing results of the Basque club.
Sociedad qualified last season as number 6 of La Liga for the Europa League, but now stands at the fifteenth place. Imanol Alguacil, the trainer of the second team, makes the season as a replacement of Eusebio.
Eusebio was as a player is part of the ‘Dream Team’ of coach Johan Cruyff in FC Barcelona. The midfielder, 15-fold international of Spain, captured between 1988 and 1995, with the Catalans three league titles and three European cups, the european Cup I in 1992 as a highlight.
Eusebio followed the end of 2015, the sacked David Moyes as coach at Real Sociedad. The clubleiding decided Sunday night not only Eusebio to dismiss, but also technical director Lorenzo ‘Loren’ Juarros.
