Anthony McPartlin is arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after a car accident in Mortlake, near London. The 42-year-old presenter lost control of the car when he was in the car with his mother.
That report Mirror Sunday night.
In the accident hit McPartlin two cars. One of the occupants of those cars was a young girl of three years old, as a precaution to the hospital for examination. Himself was a Briton, not injured, and his mother Christine, and his dog remained unscathed.
With a breathalyzer, the police found that the presenter had been drinking and he was then taken away by the agents for interrogation.
“Ant looked furious after the accident, and shouted to his mother, who was trying to calm him down,” says an eyewitness. “Then took a agent him to a police car, so he was away from the chaos surrounding the accident.”
The British presenter, known from the duo Ant & Dec, separated at the beginning of this year of his wife Lisa Armstrong. Last summer he was included in a rehab because of his addiction to painkillers.
