The four-time African footballer of the year (2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014) in 2016 decided to no longer be a candidate. The 34-year-old Touré, who is with Manchester City only sporadic playing time, came recently on the back.

He left at the end of last year via his agent already know to be open to a return in the Ivorian national team.
