The Swedish Alicia Vikander is currently in the movie theater to see if the new Lara Croft. Getting this role was not without a fight. The former classical ballet dancer won with a solid schedule up to 5.5 pounds of muscle mass. For her role she did, among other things, strength training, MMA, climbing, archery and swimming. “People always think that they spend hours in the gym need to go, but with my method, that is not the approach we believe in. Sports is not more than an hour per day and not seven days a week,” says her trainer Magnus Lygdback.
