Israeli stabbed in Old City

JERUSALEM – An Israeli on Sunday in the Old City of Jerusalem stabbed and severely wounded. The attacker is a security officer shot. The incident happened at the entrance to the temple mount.

A rescuer told on the site of the newspaper Haaretz that the victim, a thirty-something, had injuries in his upper body. He is in critical condition in the hospital.

The attack came two days after two Israeli soldiers in the West Bank were killed by someone with a car on them rammed.
