Jelle De Beule is currently working on a small career move. The ex-member of the side Effects is now mainly known as a comedian and tv producer at Ideal World, but The Beule debuts next year as a film actor. That writes the Gazet van Antwerpen.
De Beule has a role in the ‘Float’. “I play a professor of veterinary medicine that his wife has cheated. The creases seem to be ironed out, but the incident has the communication time. If they find a lump in her breast uncovered, she is also not it to her husband to tell,” says De Beule to the newspaper.
The Beule himself denies that he is more going to focus on the acting. “I’m not an actor, but acting sometimes like. For ‘Float’ and ‘The Day’ – the Telenet series about a hostage situation in a bank – I had to just to audition. To my public profile, only they choose not me.” De Beule has played already once in the comedy FOUR series ‘Callboys’.
In the cast of ‘Float’ is The Beule among others, theatre actress Kim Snauwaert, Dirk Van Dijck, Katelijne Verbeke and Robrecht Vanden Thoren. The film is the first directed by Anke Blondé, who had previously made short films ‘Dura Lex’ and ‘Out of Breath!’ turned. ‘Float’ will appear in the spring of 2019 in the cinemas.
