Sony Pictures has actor Vin Diesel roped for the lead role in the action film ‘Bloodshot’, under the direction of Dave Wilson and a script by the screenwriter of the oscar-nominated ‘Arrival’ from 2016, Eric Heisserer. That message entertainmentmagazine Deadline.

According to Deadline, the movie will have the same tone as the classic action films from the 80s, such as ‘Robocop’, ‘Terminator’ and ‘Total Recall’. The production will start in July.
Bloodshot is a comicpersonage from the Valiant Expanded universe, that out of thousands of characters is derived from a variety of genres, and with different backgrounds.
