Henk van Stee will be working as technical manager at Sparta. The former coach of the Rotterdam club has Monday for four years signed.
Sparta had been around since the resignation of Alex Pastor, in december of last year, looking for a technical manager. Pastor combined on The Castle trainerschap with that function.
“It’s good to be back at Sparta,” says Van Stee Monday at the announcement of the news on the website of Sparta. The 56-year-old Dutchman will work with Leo Beenhakker, who is technical advisor for the club.
“Leo has in the recent period, many things picked up, especially in the short term to achieve success”, continues Van Stee.
“My focus is in addition to the short-term, of course, also to the long-term to Sparta on the sporting field, including spelerszaken and scouting, to bring. I look forward to, in cooperation with Leo the technical policy.”
