Adam Levine is moving. The Maroon 5 singer has a very nice pied-a-terre bought in Beverly Hills. Adam buys the property, that more than 28 million euro cost, of no one less than Max Mutchnick, the brains behind hbo’s hit series Will and Grace, knows TMZ.
The singer must be firmly in the pockets, but there, he does something in return. With over 1,100 m2, there is sufficient space. In the house there are a further seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a cinema, a swimming pool, a guest house and a tennis court. That last is thanks to another former resident: tennis legend Pete Sampras. Mutchnick paid once in a million or ten less to the player than what Adam must now pay, but the producer has the property then have taken.
Levine, meanwhile, has one of his homes in the sale. For a little less than 13 million euro, you can the property, also in Beverly Hills, to take over. Recently sold the artist also already has a house in Holmby Hills. He got there 15 million euro.
