Tomorrowland will get in 2019 is a new foreign edition. It is the first winter edition of the popular dance festival. “Tomorrowland Winter” will run from 13 to 15 march the full Alpe d’huez Grand Domaine Ski to take in the French Alps. There are 30,000 visitors expected.

The festival organiser says that the ski area will shows according to the Tomorrowlandtraditie, with this time the theme is “the Hymn or the Frozen Lotus”. The main stage is at the foot of the ski slopes, but the festival will occur over the entire domain span. The centrally located village of Alpe d’huez, at 1,860 metres of altitude, is the base.

Who is on the bill shall stand, and only later published. What is already certain is that visitors have the choice between a package of four or seven days, in which both access to Tomorrowland Winter as the stay and a lift – and ski pass are included. During Tomorrowland Winter only will festival goers have access to the ski area. Non-skiers need not worry: almost all exhibition venues will also be reached on foot.

“This edition of Tomorrowland was our own, young and passionate team in Antwerp created and we have one hundred percent in control,” says Festival organizer Michiel Beers, referring to the earlier, less good experiences with foreign Tomorrowland editions where an external partner is the organization in control. “We can no better imagine to work together with our People of Tomorrow, our fifteenth anniversary to celebrate and we are very much looking forward to them to welcome in this magical, wintery setting.”
