On Monday 26 February dives Sandra grandmothers kitchen. She makes a pork tenderloin with fries, which our Belgian pride, chicory, should not be missing. The potatoes are in a special way prepared: they will be popped in a salt crust. For the sausliefhebbers provides Sandra a quick and light mustard sauce. “A perfect start of the week!”
A vegetarian steak tartare: on Tuesday 27 February conjures Sandra a surprisingly veggiegerecht on the table. She goes to work with mozzarella, arugula and tomato. “If you don’t know, you would think it was a real steak tartare is!”, says Sandra excited. With the end of Tour Minérale in sight, brews, they also have a last time in an alcohol-free aperitif: a Bloody Mary without the vodka. The perfect mocktail to Tour Minérale in beauty to close.
On Wednesday 28 February, Thailand is at your fingertips in the Open Kitchen. Sandra makes a tom kha kai, a traditional Thai soup, and grilled chicken breast in red curry with a sweet and sour salad.
“During the winter, I love to make warm salads to make,” says Sandra. On Thursday, march 1, makes them one on the basis of broccoli and the Cypriot grillkaas halloumi. Afterwards sinned with Sandra’s lievelingskoekjes: kokosrotjes with dark chocolate.
Friday 2 march shakshuka on the menu, a spicy casserole dish from the Middle East. “A brunchrecept for testing in the weekend”, adds Sandra. Afterwards, she closes the week off with a fresh lunchsalade with beetroot, herring and apple.
