The clashes with Slovakia and Italy relate both away games respectively Stadion Antona Malatinskeho in Trnava and in the the Allianz Stadium in Turin.

The netherlands and Slovakia have met twice before and both times it pulled Orange on the longest end, including in the eighth finals of the 2010 world cup in South Africa (2-1).

The netherlands cruised in the past but twenty times the swords and won just three encounters, compared with eight draws and nine defeats.

Slovakia and Italy are missing like the Netherlands next summer at the world CHAMPIONSHIPS in Russia. Slovakia was the worst number two and did not go through to the play-offs for a ticket to the global finals. Italy was in the play-offs surprisingly by Sweden off.
