Key members of the terrorist group have gathered in a house in Nairobi. Colonel Catherine Powell (Helen Mirren) leads a secret operation to adjust to jail, but the mission will get a different purpose when it is clear that the terrorists are on the verge of a suicide attack to commit. The solution: a rocket dropping on the house and the terrorists off.
