The Mexican actress Karla Souza, known for her role as Laurel Costillo in How To Get Away With Murder, is in the beginning of her career raped by a director. That revelation she did in an interview with CNN.
The 32-year-old Souza says the director, whose name she would not mention to her was needed and that after a lot of pressure, allowed that he kissed her. He then went further and touched her in ways that she would not. “And in one of the cases, he became violent and raped me,” said Souza with tears in her eyes.
The Mexican production company Televisa has as a result of the interview, an internal investigation was done and revealed, then the name of the culprit. The network, which had worked on the film, has all ties with director Gustavo Loza broken, made it known in a statement. Televisa is currently investigating exactly what happened.
Loza take Twitter away from the accusations. According to him, he and Souza friends, and they had for some time a romance.
