Stefan the Free is now in its last months at Lazio. The club has the contractaanbieding for the defender revoked, says technical director Igli Tare.
The 26-year-old international of Orange offers in Roma on an expiring contract and was with the club talking to that obligation to renew.
Because of the wijfelende attitude of The Free, which, inter alia, the interest of Internazionale and a few English clubs can count, … the offer is now withdrawn.
“Our roads are separating in June,” said Tare Monday for the thuisduel of Lazio with Hellas Verona against Mediaset Premium. “Lazio has the offer for a new contract is withdrawn.”
According to Tare takes the club The Free nothing amiss. “He is a voorbeeldprof and we are grateful to him for. He has much given, as we give him a lot of wanted to give with this offer.”
The Free plays since mid-2014 for Lazio. The team took the defender after a successful world cup in Brazil for about 7 million euro from Feyenoord.
