Hirving Lozano is threatening next week’s away game of PSV against Feyenoord to miss due to a suspension.
The Mexican hit Saturday during the thuisduel with sc Heerenveen (2-2) just before half-time opponent Lucas Woudenberg in his neck. Referee Dennis Higler did not hesitate and pulled the red card.
Lozano, who, with thirteen goals top scorer of the Eredivisie, had in september during the lost away game of PSV against Heerenveen (2-0) all with red of the field. He received a suspension of three duels, one of which is conditional, and missed the home match against Feyenoord, who with 1-0 was won.
Only if Lozano is acquitted by the disciplinary committee, he may next week in the away game against Feyenoord.
PSV can be a looming suspension for Lozano not postpone a settlement proposal to dismiss and for an adverse ruling of the disciplinary committee to appeal. A suspension may only be postponed if there is not direct red is drawn and the disciplinary committee on the basis of video images in a survey set.
