Tim Wellens has the fourth stage in the Ruta del Sol won. The Belgian Lotto-Soudal was the strongest on the final climb and is also the new leader in the standings. It is for Wellens, the second victory of the season. For his team Lotto-Soudal is already the fifth laurie from the very koersjaar.
