Ives Serneels, coach of the Belgian women football, 24 Red Flames selected for the Cyprus Women’s Cup (26/02-8/03).
Serneels prepares in Cyprus with his group, the remainder of the world cup kwalificatiecampagne for. That resumes on Friday 6 april with an important qualifier in Leuven against Portugal. On Monday, april 10, follows the following qualifier, in Ferrara, Italy.
Belgium is at the Cyprus Cup in group B arranged with Austria, the Czech republic and Spain. The selection gathers on Sunday 25 February in Tubize. Monday, 26 February following the trip to Cyprus, on Wednesday, February 28, the first match against the Czech republic. On Friday march 2, follows the duel with the Spaniards. The last poulematch against Austria on Monday 5 march on the program. Then follows a final plaatsingswedstrijd on Wednesday 7 march.
The Red Flames for the third time part in the Cyprus Cup, after 2015 and 2017.
