Rita Ora is going to play a role in the film Detective Pikachu. That reports the Hollywood Reporter. It is still unclear which character she will play in the film, set in the world of Pokémon.
The actress, most recently seen in the trilogy Fifty Shades which she is the sister of Christian Gray plays is on the set of Ryan Reynolds, Bill Nighy, Ken Watanabe, Justice Smith, and Kathryn Newton. Detective Pikachu will be based on the game Great Detective Pikachu, in which players with Pokémon on the need to solve puzzles. Ryan Reynolds plays the role of Pikachu.
Rob Letterman is the planned director for the film, based on a screenplay he wrote with Nicole Perlman. She is the co-author of The Guardians of the Galaxy. The film would be in 2019 should start to run.
