Jawad Bendaoud, the man, who shelter gave to some of the few surviving terrorists after the attacks in Paris, has been acquitted. That report French media.
He offered two perpetrators of the attacks of the 13th of november 2015 in Paris, Abdelhamid Abaaoud, and Chakib Akrouh, accommodation in an apartment in the Parisian suburb of Saint-Denis. The raid of the police was particularly violent.
Bendaoud has always denied that he knew that the terrorists went under in an interview shortly before his arrest. The court found that he was consistent in his statements’.
Two other defendants, Mohamed Soumah and Youssef Ait Boulahcen, are in the process sentenced for hiding terrorists. They have the terrorists brought in contact with Jawad Bendaoud. Soumah has five years of imprisonment. Boulahcen four years with a one-year delay.
It was the first trial around the attacks in Paris. It came to 139 people.
