The highlight of the day was the match between Aalst and Believe, that later, probably will compete for the third place in the play-offs. The gap in the stand was too big to bridge, but Aalst won with 3-0 (25-19, 25-15, 25-18). Jhon Wendt (19 points) scored the most easily reached.
For Roeselare and Maaseik, there were three points, respectively, at home against Gent and Amigos Zoersel. The current champion did that after a smooth 3-0 (25-17, 25-18, 25-15) against the second with Verhanneman (15) as top scorer. Maaseik insured quickly of two sets that are sufficient for the interim leadership, but he had a set of disclosure and it got hot in set four (20-25, 17-25, 25-21, 23-25). Gevert (24) made the most points, home player Oprins (23) found after an injury also touch.
Leuven received Borgworm. In the first leg were the Luikenaren still too strong after a tiebreak, the Leuvenaren took revenge by the three points at home to keep (25-16, 25-23, 19-25, 25-21). Visitor David (26) was top scorer, followed by Peeters (21).
