Family queen Mathilde of belgium in Wallonia, The Voice

During the fifth blind audition of the Walloon version of The Voice there came suddenly a very remarkable candidate turn. Marie-Cécile de Lhoneux excelled not only with her singing two of the four coaches turned their chair for her version of Dancing in the Moonlight – but also by its origins. The seventeen-year-old girl is in fact close relatives of queen Mathilde. Marie-Cécile is the daughter of Benoît de Lhoneux and Diane d’Udekem d’Acoz, the 56-year-old cousin of queen Matilda. Diane is a daughter of Raoul d’Udekem d’Acoz, brother of Jacques, the father of queen Mathilde. (source: GVA)
