U.S. carries out air strike on Syrian army

WASHINGTON – A United States-led coalition on Wednesday an air strike carried out against the Syrian army.

In a statement says the coalition that the attack was defensive, and that it responded to an ’unprovoked attack’ by the Syrian troops at the headquarters of the Syrian Democratic Forces, near the Euphrates river.

“In defense of the coalition and allied forces, has the coalition in an attack carried out against attacking forces, to hit back after the act of aggression”, the statement said.
