‘Rhythm Inside’ of Loïc Nottet was elected best Belgian Songfestivallied

The followers of the Contest.be, a Belgian website about the Eurovision song contest, have ‘Rhythm Inside’ of Loïc Nottet is voted as the best Songfestivallied of Belgium. ‘City Lights’ of Blanche was second. Tom Dice with “Me and My Guitar” with his fourth place, the best entry from Flanders. That has the Contest.be last night reported.

There was a mood of three months to determine the winner. Finally won Loïc Nottet with ‘Rhythm Inside’. Nottet, referred to by the French-speaking public broadcaster RTBF, three years ago, fourth on the song Contest in Vienna.

Loïc himself is delighted with the news. “If I go back to listen to the first version of ‘Rhythm Inside’ and see where I am now, then I feel very happy. The song Contest was a great adventure, I have learned so much about myself as a teenager.”

Blanche, the candidate of last year, was second and the only Belgian winner of the song Contest, Sandra Kim fetched with ‘J’aime la vie’ bronze. Tom Dice and Urban Trad complete the top five. In total, there were sixty Belgian entries.

Song contest.be received hundreds of puntensets: 45 percent came from Flanders, 9% in Brussels and Wallonia and 31 pct from other parts of the world.
