KV Kortrijk gets serious reinforcement in the defence. One of the greatest talents of the American football signed a lease until the end of the season at KV Kortrijk.
The now 20-year-old Erik Palmer-Brown (24 april 1997) signed at the age of 16 his first professional contract with Sporting Kansas City in Major League Soccer, making him the youngest profspeler ever made for the team from Kansas. He made an impression on both Sporting Kansas City as the junior U.s. National team. In 2014, he was, among others, in the interest of the Italian club, Juventus, but his Sporting Kansas City refused a transfer.
In 2015 the way he did with the U20 of the united states (as a 17-year-old) up to the quarter finals of the world Championship, they lost to Serbia in the quarter-finals after penalty’s. In February 2016, moved Erik Palmer-Brown to Porto on uitleenbasis to december 2016. He was a basisspeler at Porto B, with which he has the title in the Portuguese 2nd Class medal.

In 2017 sparkled again with the U20 of the United States. As captain of his country, he won the CONCACAF in the final, Honduras beat. This season, he was again regular at Sporting Kansas City and he played himself in the interest of Manchester City.
