The Wereldatletiekbond (IAAF) has announced on Thursday that for the time being eighteen Russian athletes under a neutral flag are allowed to participate in international tournaments in 2018. The Russian association of athletics (RusAF) continues to be meanwhile suspended.
The IAAF received a total of more than eighty requests of the Russians as a neutral athlete, in competitions taking part. Eighteen among them were meanwhile good news.
