L-azio Roma has a penalty of 50,000 euros for the anti-semitic behavior of its fans during a league game last October. That has the Italian football federation (FIGC) on Thursday confirmed. Lazio-supporters would glue then under the more stickers of Anne Frank in a Roma-sweater in the Olympic Stadium.
The FIGC had in the first instance, two matches behind closed doors, Lazio escaped this sanction.
The incident did in Italy raised some dust. Thirteen Lazio-fans got a impose, and as a response, the decision was that all the matches in the Serie A the weekend afterwards, preceded by a minute’s silence.
