The American author of science fiction and fantasyboeken Ursula Le Guin is at the age of 88 died. Reports that her family Tuesday.

Le Guin jogged all for months with her health, and died on Monday at her home in Portland, in the U.s. state of Oregon.

Le Guin is best known for her series of books, the “Earthsea” (in English published as ‘Aardzee’) and ‘The left hand of darkness (1969) (in English both under the title ‘Cry left’ as ‘The left hand of darkness’ appeared). She also wrote poems, short stories and essays, and was working as a translator active.
