The Lithuanian cyclist Raimondas Rumsas junior is by the Italian anti-doping agency for four years suspended, for the use of growth hormone. His suspension will expire on 22 October 2021, as did the Italian NADO Wednesday known.
The 23-year-old Rumsas junior is the oldest son of Raimondas Rumsas, who, in turn, in 2003, EPA was caught, a year after he became third in the Tour de France. In 2002 it was mother Edita Rumsas by the French customs stopped with a car full of banned products, in 2006, she and her husband to four months in prison convicted.
Junior tested last year on 4 september, out of competition, in the Tuscan Capannori, positive on GHRP-6. Earlier that year his brother died Linas, at the age of 21 after a cardiac arrest, which also came to be linked with the use of prohibited substances.
