IAAF boss hopes on the return of cross country running as an olympic discipline in 2024

“The Games in 2024 in Paris would be the suitable point to cross-country reintegrated into the Olympic program,” said Coe. The sport will get a “olympic debut” in the form of a discipline at the Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires in 2018.
